Strong Heart Academy
In early 2013 Professor Mike Martin, the owner and head instructor at Strong Heart Academy made the decision to join the Caio Terra Association. Mike and Caio were friends for some time and Mike’s philosophy, that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is not just a martial art, but a way of life, was in line with the values of CTA.

Caio Terra was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. His Jiu-Jitsu journey began at the age of 16 at his mothers behest.
