Our CURRICULUM
BUILDING CHAMPIONS
USING THE ABC's OF JIU JITSU
All of my academies follow our curriculum. They are the building blocks of my Jiu-Jitsu and have been proven to work at the highest level. For those who spend the time to understand, they will teach you and your students the concepts to unlock the highest levels of Jiu-Jitsu. We have broken down our curriculum into three sections.
CTA, designed for conversion. THESE VIDEOS ARE TEAL ON CAIO TERRA ONLINE. This curriculum is the easiest and least technical because these lesson plans were designed with the beginner in mind. New students need to have fun while learning techniques they can understand.
CTB is designed for retention. THESE VIDEOS ARE DARK BLUE ON CAIO TERRA ONLINE. This curriculum is comparable to our old fundamental curriculum. The techniques covered here will help existing students expand their Jiu-Jitsu knowledge, and every time they take one of these classes, regardless of belt level, they should be able to take something away from the lesson plan. This curriculum introduces students to more advanced open guards.
CTC is designed to teach higher-level Jiu-Jitsu. THESE VIDEOS ARE RED ON CAIO TERRA ONLINE. In my academies, these classes are reserved for colored belts and offer very technical Jiu-Jitsu.
