Plateau BJJ offers high-quality and detailed instruction for beginners and experienced Jiu-Jitsu practitioners alike. Their head instructor Chris Bilodeau has been active in the Canadian BJJ competition circuit through all ranks including at Black Belt, participating in tournaments and super fights. Their facility features a large mat space and spring floor system for safely practicing not only groundwork but also takedowns and throws. They are located in one of Montreal’s most vibrant neighborhoods and are very excited to accept new students of all levels to share their love of Jiu-Jitsu.
Chris received his brown belt directly from Patrick Beaudoin and Professor Caio Terra. When he opened his school, the choice of affiliation was easy!
