This past weekend 3 time world champion, Mikey Musumeci, did a 2 hour seminar at CTA HQ. He went in depth into his straight ankle lock series, and taught the same ankle lock that he used to win his 3rd world title (and entered him into the the Guinness book of world records for fastest tap in a black belt final)! Every one who attended had an amazing time and added a little something to their game!

Last weekend was the 2019 IBJJF World Championship held in Long Beach, California. This year the team prepared well and everyone from camp was sharp and ready to go. In the end, Mikey Musumeci, who did his camp in San Jose, made history, winning worlds for the 3rd time and getting the fastest submission in finals history!
