This past weekend CTA Athletes from across the US made the trip to Vegas to compete in the 2015 Las Vegas Spring International Open. For many, this is the last tournament before worlds to find tune their games and figure out that they need more work on. Overall no one left with any serious injuries so it was a very great weekend.
In early 2013 Professor Mike Martin, the owner and head instructor at Strong Heart Academy made the decision to join the Caio Terra Association. Mike and Caio were friends for some time and Mike’s philosophy, that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is not just a martial art, but a way of life, was in line with the values of CTA.
