As 2020 comes to a close Mason Fowler finishes the year on a high note! Ten Days after successfully defending his title against Olympic Judo Gold Medalist, Satoshi Ishii, via armbar in OT, Mason agreed to defend his title at Submission Underground 20! This time his opponent was none other than Bellator Champion and UFC veteran, Ryan "Darth" Bader.
Mason came out aggressively and two minutes into regulation was able to secure the straight armbar for the submission victory! This is Mason's 4th title defense having previously also beaten Craig Jones twice! Mason went 8-0 at SUG this year and was also the 2020 Pans Champion! Can't wait to see what he does in 2021!
