About the School
The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program at Roots kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu in Union City California, is ran by one of the most respected and accomplished black belts, professor Vitor Paschal. Whether you have little or no knowledge of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or have a lifetime of experience, you will be trained with the same curriculum, mindsets, and training methods that made Caio Terra himself a 12 time world champion.
The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Roots has proven on the world’s biggest stages. Though many of our students compete at local, national, and world level events, we also have several students who join for fitness, self knowledge or self defense goals.
Roots also has a strong background in international style and Muay Thai kickboxing. Muay Thai is one of the most proven and effective martial arts. In Muay Thai practitioners punch, kick, knee, elbow and clinch fight. The Roots Kickboxing program is unique and designed with structure so that individuals see progress in both skill and fitness.
