About the School
Mindset Martial Arts Academy is located in Hayward, California! Founded in 2013, Mindset is one of the founding members of the Caio Terra Association. The gym is owned and operated by Caio Terra Black Belt, David Thompson. David is an avid competitor and even better coach. He has assisted in the development of CTA Black Belt, and world champion Kaniela Kahuanui. Whether you want to be a world champion, learn self defense, or just looking for a new way to work out, David can help you reach your goals! In addition to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mindset offers classes in MMA, women’s fitness and has one of the states best kids program.
