About the School
At Korfhage BJJ (Caio Terra Association), our mission is to promote the physical and mental benefits of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
Through our training programs, we strive to improve fitness, build confidence, and foster social connections within our community. We provide a safe and inclusive environment for everyone to learn and grow. We believe that BJJ is not just a martial art, but a way of life that can positively impact all aspects of one’s life.
Collectively, our instructors have 50+ years of experience teaching martial arts and are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential, whether they are just starting out or have years of experience. We prioritize teaching fundamental techniques and concepts while also encouraging creativity and individual expression.
Through the practice of BJJ, our students develop strength, flexibility, and endurance while also gaining self-defense skills and improving their mental focus. Additionally, our students provide a supportive network for individuals to form lasting friendships and social connections.
