About the School
CTA Woodland is a proud member of the Caio Terra Association and honored to be under the guidance of Professor Caio Terra. We offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for men, women and children of all experience levels. Whether your goal is to be a world champion, to get in shape or to learn self defense we have a program for everyone.
