This past weekend was the Vegas open. I fought at feather weight and got a submission in the only match I played, and closed out my bracket with Samir Chantre. All the traveling that I have been doing in the last couple of years started hitting my body. So I decided to stay out of the absolute today, what made me sad since I have won the absolute of the Vegas open in the previous 2 years.
But Samir end up making my day. He had awesome matches and beat the always great Zack Maxwell in the finals of the absolute to keep the tittle at home.
