In 2017 Professor Nathan Hallford decided to start his own academy. Jiu jitsu had changed his life in a very positive way and he wanted to share his experiences and knowledge with others. At the time he had no idea where it would be located, what days it would be open, or what it would be called. He did know he wanted a place where everyone would be welcomed and everyone would have fun. Later that year Sloth Jiu Jitsu was born!
In 2018 Professor Nathan decided to join the Caio Terra Association. Like Professor Caio, Nathan believes that through Jiu Jitsu we can change lives.
