I’d like to congratulate everyone who competed this weekend at master worlds!! It’s easy to train when you are young. You have less responsibility and way more time.
As We get older we have added responsibilities, mortgages, kids, careers. To spend that little free time you do have on the mats shows amazing dedication. Although everyone watches the young guys you are the ones who truly embrace the jiu-jitsu life style.
Also huge congrats to Compridobjj and everyone from Brasa CTA and Traven. Showing the world that our jiu jitsu works no matter what age you are!!
