Last week we celebrated our 10th annual CTA Association camp. Affiliates from as far as China and New Zeland made the trip to San Jose for a week of friendship, food, fun and Jiu Jitsu.
To start the week off, we had the 2022 IBJJF Santa Cruz International Open Gi and no Gi tournament. After two days of fierce competition, we came away with both the Gi and No gi titles. On Monday, 2 time ADCC Champion, Yuri Simoes kicked off the first class with a no gi clinic. It was an amazing time had by all.
Through out the week we caught up with old friends, and made new ones. Although this camp was smaller than in recent years, it was also a very special one as it was the first time we had any large event since the Pandemic!
Blessed to be able to do what we love with such amazing people. Sad that camp is over and already looking forward to the next one!
